Australian Orders

All orders placed before 12pm are shipped within one business day. For orders placed on weekends or a public holiday, your order will be shipped the following business day.

RETURNS

We are happy to provide refunds or exchanges on all full priced garments, provided the item is returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

***For sale items, including all sitewide sales and purchases made with a discount code at check out, we only offer exchange or store credit equal to the purchase amount (unless the item is deemed faulty). CCW does not offer refunds on sale items.

Please ensure all garments are returned in their original condition (meaning clean, unwashed, unaltered and tags still attached) and original packaging, otherwise we will be unable to process your return or exchange.
